Track every delivery from v001, register notes, and preserve history until the final shot is closed.

Every shot begins at v001. Each artist or vendor delivery increments the counter and adds a history record. The cycle continues until the final version is approved and the shot is closed.

1. Register the next version
Select New version, confirm the suggested number, and add a short note only when it adds context.
- 01v001 is the initial version
- 02The next delivery proposes v002, v003, and so on
- 03Shot metadata does not need to be repeated

2. Review history
View history presents versions and their notes in order to reconstruct creative evolution.

- 03New version stays available while the shot is open

3. Close the cycle
When the final delivery is approved, update status so the tracker counts it as final.
