Collaboration works when each person can act on the information they need without exposing data outside their responsibility. RushTrack separates workspace, project, module, and financial access.

Choose the right scope
Open Share project, select the modules, and assign Read-only or Editor access to each one. Unselected modules remain inaccessible. Guest availability depends on the plan; Free Trial does not include external collaborators.

Accept with the invited email
New users create an account and confirm their email before accepting. Guests do not need to buy a plan to participate: guest capacity belongs to the inviting project. Existing users sign in with the invited email; they do not need another account.
