Excel accelerates initial entry and provides a controlled tracker snapshot. Use stable naming, validate timecodes, and review duplicates before adding the sheet to a project.

1. Prepare the spreadsheet
One row represents one shot. Keep episode, scene, number, TC, and work scope in separate columns.

2. Validate before confirming
Review episodes, duplicates, and required fields in the import preview.
