Not every team can connect a corporate Frame.io account. With a public Share Link that allows comments, RushTrack can act as a guest, obtain the reference, and publish the shot instruction at the selected timecode.

1. Paste the Share Link
Use the f.io or Share Link provided by the studio. RushTrack shows when Frame.io is recognized.

- 02Access depends on link permissions
- 03Reuse the link for subsequent shots in the episode

2. Authorize the comment
Enable Publish work as comment. On save, RushTrack posts Work to perform at TC IN.
- 01Frame.io records the guest identity
- 02The comment retains its timecode
- 03RushTrack marks the shot as published

3. Review and share
Open the Share Link to verify the comment and use the tracker filter to find all published shots.

TROUBLESHOOTING
If something does not work as expected
Thumbnail works but the comment fails
Confirm Allow comments is enabled and Work to perform is not empty.
The link stopped working
Check expiration, passphrase, or permission changes made by the owner.
