The tracker scales from a handful of shots to feature films with hundreds of rows. Filters reduce the visible set, while column headings change order without changing record identity.

1. Narrow the list
Combine episode, status, owner, and search to focus on the next action.
- 01All, In progress, Review, Final, and Unassigned
- 02Search shot, TC, vendor, or work scope
- 03Filter shots with published Frame.io notes

2. Sort from the header
Select a heading to sort and select it again to reverse direction, like a professional file list.

3. Preserve context
Ordering helps reading and analysis; between-row insertion preserves the intended new-shot location.
